Swimming pool removals
At Heavy Duty Enterprises we are set on providing quality and reasonable priced jobs.
One of our areas of expertise is Pool Removal. This involves removing an existing unused pool. Generally, swimming pools are made from fibreglass or concrete and depending on which material the pool is made from the job can vary from a 2 - 8 day completion.
Once the concrete and or fibreglass is broken within the pool, this is then removed from the pool and disposed of accordingly. The existing shell in the ground is then filled with soil and compacted - meaning all the soil is tightly packed, ready for us to lay grass or completely re-landscape your new and improved backyard.
Prior to removing the Pool, a general service check is conducted. If any services such as plumbing/ electrical are required to be re-directed or disconnected, we handle the process for you so you are only dealing with one contractor making the whole process as easy as possible for our Client's.
Most councils require a Development Application (DA) for the removal of a Swimming Pool. This basically involves the application for development and receiving consent by your council. The DA process can be confusing for first time applicants, this is why we handle all of the council permits and application processes for you by using our highly qualified Building Certifier.
